Nick chem PTFE SG / SS

Manufacture

Nick chem SG and Nickchem SS hoses are constructed from multi-layers of thermoplastic films which form a sealing and permeation barrier, supported by fabric layers for mechanical strength. The hose layers are held and tensioned by internal and external steel wire helices. All hoses are obtained EN13765-2003 certification and comply with international standards including BS 3492(1987)AX + BX and BS5842(1980) and can be supplied with external swaged and factory-fitted end connections to the customers’ requirements.

Applications

Nickchem SG & Nickchem SS hoses are chemically compatible and mechanically engineered for those chemicals which do not affect the polypropylene lining and the polypropylene coated steel/stainless steel inner wire.

Inner wire: Stainless steel wire 316
Lining: PTFE, PP Fabric and film
Outer cover: Polyester fabric coated PVC
Outer wire: Stainless steel wire 304 , Galvanized carbon steel wire
